i am also attending both Girl Talk shows.

who else is going?

other computers are the best, you find photos and stuff you totally forgot about.

like my downstairs computer has all these photos from high school that i will pretty much be using for gratuitous picture of yourself wednesdays.

also, i mean, i’m really excited to be going back on saturday, since it leaves time for me and my family to leave on awesome terms without us getting on anyone’s nerves, enough time to have some home parties with my serious best friends in the world, but enough space to get ready for school and work and stuff.

i’m still not sleeping right, anyone have any suggestions?

from Anne Thompson’s blog here. this makes me feel amazing about the whole franchise, because i thought Returns was decent, but exactly what the article says, a “middle limbo”. okay, well then. i think that’s almost it for me today, i really really am nerding out.

i’ll go watch Weeds or something now, especially since i can get it ON DEMAND, oh the joys of home.

They found me in a back alley when I thought I was Neil Armstrong and was trying to reenter the Earth’s atmosphere in a refrigerator box.” -seriously, one of the funniest performances i have ever seen. and i’m black. i completely endorse it, why? because it’s a movie, and it’s robert downey, jr. and you kinda have to take it exactly for what it is. and if you notice, the majority of the screen time he spends is with the ACTUAL african american, aruging, and halfway agreeing with the stupidity that the role is. i mean, Ben Stiller, maybe you should stick to writing/directing, cause this was a gem.

and people wonder when i make the statement:

i have made that statement sober/drunk/high and i never take it back, and sometimes all i need is a video like this to remind me why i said it.

i’m SO pissed i never got to see them. i mean, i have seen Sparta and Mars Volta live several times, but you know what? you can’t replicate this shit, and to experience would be awesome. so yeah, i’m kinda just, i dunno nostalgic today?

Two words… Josh Jackson. this pilot was SOOO fucking good even with LOST and Sunshine music, that i seriously cannot WAITTTT for the finished product, and the complete season. it really seems like J.J. and the Transformers boys have a winner on their hands, just in time for the ending of LOST. even though Fox does misstep from time to time with shows, i am a bit nervous about the future, but then again, i mean, it should be pretty awesome.

i don’t know, i really really like the whole electronica route they’re pulling on this album, because i feel like their return to the whole ‘Silent Alarm’ sound will be too good to be true. i mean ”Flux” is one of my personal favorite songs of theirs. plus, i’ve heard that this song, versus others are like so different and contrasting and actually do sound like ‘Silent Alarm pt. 2’, i’m really stoked for this album. god i can’t wait til thursday when i get my whole email/download deal.
