seriously, this song is probably one of the greatest covers, yet songs from a film or movie soundtrack ever. as corny as this is going to come off, Magnolia really did change my life in the sense of me writing and viewing film and such, because i did see it at such a young age, and it opened my perspectives to so many things that i just simply didn’t know were possible at the time. i think i was like 14 or 15 when i saw it for the first time, and every time this song plays a whirl of memories and storylines come over me, and i can’t help but smile.
